IMPORTANT DD ADDENDUM: I spoke with Steven Rash, CEO of North American Cannabis Holdings for over 30 minutes at 4:30PM EST today Saturday November 5, 2016. Mr. Rash confirmed several points in fact that have resolved my concerns and questions about the operations of the company and the prospects for USMJ stock value..

FRESH DUE DILIGENCE ON USMJ: First, I hold a large positon in USMJ. So, after seeing the negative allegation posts on the InvestorsHub.com board and TheLion.com board, I became concerned that the allegations might hold some substance. So, in the interest of protecting my investment (or selling my position), I started a long meticulous due diligence search of North American Cannabis Holdings (USMJ), beginning with all posted www.OTCmarkets.com SEC filings, including the former DBA Algae I feel convinced of the veracity of the company's published press release statements made over the past year, including:

- the acquisition of the Rowlett Texas "City Blends Fit House Cafe", located at Rowlett (yes, it was in fact acquired - I communicated with the cafe Manager - no, the name is not changed to AmeriCanna Cafe)

- Yes all legal filings have been filed to FINRA and other governing bodies to complete the permit for paying PURA (1 PURA share for each 200 USMJ shares) dividends to USMJ shareholders of record prior to the October deadlines and rules.

- AmeriCanna Cafe licensing/franchise deals with fast casual restaurant groups (yes, 3 different negotiations)

- California office opening (yes, a team is establishing a base camp office in the California Bay Area.

- yes, PURA in fact owns a patent for a superior cannabis oil extraction process - key to a superior cannabis infused beverage product

- incidental fact: all executive level directors and founders of both North American Cannabis Holdings and Puration Inc are US military veterans -

He has signed over 400 managed care contracts and made more than 200 Boardroom presentations at Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Rash served as President and CEO of American BioMed, Vice President of Blue Rhino
Corporation and Division President of Maxum Health Corporation. He earlier held numerous Vice President positions at BOC Group, PLC. Mr. Rash has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Southern Illinois University. Mr. Rash is
also a Veteran of the United States Army.
