Ok....FACTS:
1) No CEO
2) No CFO
3) No public contact in almost a year
4) No SEC filings in a year
5) Countless false promises
6) Erroneous letter of intent a year and a half ago
7) A hefty R/S two years ago with the promise of an uplisting shortly after that never happened

Should I keep going???
