There are a few things they could do -

Massive RS
A shareholder wipe
Or swap baltia stock for x amount of shares in new company

The principles may not care as much because they can issue themselves new stock. My guess is a RS or swap shares to a certain percentage of new company stock.

So even though I don't think a wipe is the most likely outcome, I do know it's a real possibility. With Connie on board I'm looking to possibly Re buy after the recapitalization ND after they have a plane. It's too risky to buy now not knowing what the recapitalization plan is for the common stock holders
