Hi Roy, thanks for taking the time to reply. I am glad I saved your chart settings from way back so I can see what you were seeing.

Your TSLA entry: This is about as perfect as I would like to see, with every indicator turning up from the low. I normally look at the 30 minute first to see what the trend might be for the start. If something looks decent, I go to the 15 minute, then check the 5 minute. Wish I would have been home this morning for this one!

Your exit: I see the hesitation around 10:30-10:45 with the two small red candles on the 5 minute, but no real confirmation of a reversal (that is easier for me to say now, being able to look at what it did afterwards), but the TSI look like the strongest indicator here, whether on 2 minute or 5 minute....continual uptrend. MACD looked good on 5 minute, but dipped on the two minute and might have made me jump out at that point. It looks like the AD, CO, and OBV were showing possible reversal at this hesitation, but then, headed back up. I would have been jumpy at this point, but I see why you stay with it. Wow....nice trade!

I'm not sure when you exited, but I notice around 11:10AM that the 5 minute chart was showing a much bigger (engulfing?) red candle, and all indicators were reversing. This was right after two big green volume bars that quickly turned to short red ones. It appears that the candles tried breaking through a resistance point, but failed and reversed at that time.

I'm not good with candles yet, so I have to rely more on other indicators. I had no training in this....had to learn it on my own over the last year. One post by you can help me more than hours of my own studying. It lets me see things I wouldn't have known, so I really appreciate this.

Queues.....I don't know the terminology and not sure what it is. A few days ago, I was thinking you meant the volume and open interest in an option at different price levels...so I watched them changing. I couldn't figure out how to compare it to what the chart might do. It totally confused me. It looked like volume was increasing on a certain option within a certain price range, but the price dropped shortly after. It'll take me some time to learn that one.

I'm glad you had a great trading day. I know chemo is not easy. My dad went through it many years ago and it was rough on him. He lasted 15 more happy years than the docs told him he would.....15 great years I will always remember.

Stay strong, my friend, and enjoy your weekend.
