Yes maybe Dan is ok, he tries, he has shares and as a former lobbyist he thinks that he ultimately can persuade Solomon. However, he and the other BODs are just Solomons tools to access retail investors and sell us his diluted common shares. They are amateurs fooled that they in the autumn of their careers have finally been chosen to be a important part of a emerging large company! Nisse as an example thinks that he could actually sit at a Nasdaq company BOD and run a blog about it at the same time...come on!?
Bertil who actually has been an important player in several large western companies only lasted a few months, it became impossible for him to work with a guy who calls all the shots and know nothing about financing and thinks that he is the real CFO. I think that Bertil refused to be a puppet. FD also realized that this BOD-thing is only a puppet show and refused to be at the BOD, and later on he also concluded that Solomon is impossible to persuade (I wonder if Dan the great lobbyist knows?). I would say that without FD and Bertil there is no Arctic and less Swedbank, and without them there is no credibility. And without credibility there is no western lenders offering favorable terms. Siaf is back to pre-Ecab time diluting retail at p/e 1 as their only way of external financing. JMT
