i agree with most of what you wrote, but i disagree with the part "why should a pinkie co. have an IR firm". The answer would be that no matter what exchange you are on, if you don't know how to write a PR, you should leave the job to someone who does. Even being a pinkie co, this one wants to go to the OTCBB, and a following of investors would be nice plus a higher PPS before we get there wouldn't be bad either.
Sometimes it isn't what comes in the package, its how good the package looks and the presentation of whats inside. I love the company, but their PR writing leaves much to be desired IMO.
