No desire to mock. Consider the many alternatives which could include the one you proposed. Another to consider is shorting on the OTC is not as fluid as more liquid markets like Nasdaq, nyse, etc. the ability to borrow shares to short requires liquidity. Would the only source of volume want to hurt their own account?
