I've spoken to Alex. This shell does not have anywhere near what's required to up list to Nasdaq at this time. Saying it does and posting is misleading investors. It could be considered pumping CHRON so I'd be carefull about posting something no real investor knows is not going to happen in the near future. Three of my friends attended the Dallas meeting. I know what was said.
