So, who to believe – Sparky (who has been consistently wrong and full of speculation) or MFlores, who read Cirtran's 10ks that stated that the license agreement ended because Mr. Iehab failed to perform? Hmm.

One of the things that most fascinates me on message boards, or political discussions, is "confirmation bias."

We all have our bias. We believe what is in our best interest, and then we find facts to support that belief, and ignore dissenting facts. You and I have posted facts. For years. Facts which can be verified. And what happens? Our motivations are questioned, because if we aren't cheerleaders we shouldn't be here. That's not a discussion, that's a prayer meeting.

The facts here were clear if you looked at them objectively. Why would a jury reward poor performance? Playbev was "hired" to sell the energy drink and pay royalties. They failed to sell enough, and they didn't pay the royalties. So they had their contract terminated.

Period. End of story.

Why that would turn into some legal windfall is beyond me, and clearly the jury saw it the same way, again.

And while I think Iehab is indeed posting on here, I am skeptical that any (real) juror is.
