It will be difficult for CGRA or any others to actually do any MJ business in California. As with Colorado a two year prior residency is required Existing MMJ producers will be automatically given provisional production licenses first with all others last in line.
California will also allow home grown MJ up to 100 square feet. The allowable consumption of MJ in leased or rented spaces such as stratas or apartments will be at the discretion of the strata councils/building owners.
