guidelines...I have acct with your Broker
and I use Etrade rarely for long term holds.

I will start using TD Ameritrade again once I start
trading Stock Options, not friendly to penny stocks.

There could be other Brokers but for me
the best Broker that provide the fastest
fills SPEED is Scottrade.

I do not use All or None when using it
you put a restriction on your order.

If a stock like MCOA hit with Momentum
they always execute the order unless they
can't find the shares so far never happen
maybe one day.

My Tip when I see a stock that start becoming
active I look at Scottarde's 3-month I see one-two
months with green bars I made my deposit my acct
was ready to trade by 8:00PST

I place my order @.02 I put my order close as
could I felt my Buy was at the closest price
I was mentally ready to wait ti be filled on Monday
I knew I was running out of time.

I expected some slippage it did go under my price
for couple days. My Broker executed my order @02
I didn't have to chase my order and Scottrade filled
my Order 3:37 PM.

Your Broker is okay for other orders not sub-penny stock.
I recommend Scottarde for these trades.

You can open your acct before 5:00 and have your acct Number I'm sure they will help you transfer the fund. Or make a $500 deposit
with a money order a personal check can slow thing they
have no history.

I been with them for over 20 years we have a great relationship ')
