Wow great news! I haven't read the filings yet but the summary looks great!

I've noticed news takes a day or two or three to really take effect in this sector. The same thing happened when Cowen covered them, it took alil while for the stock to get some attention. Kush also released these financials early, they had until 11/8. So it may not be on people's radar yet. No doubt they wanted to take advantage of the vote.
