What amazes me, is that they can lease a huge restaurant building in july or august 2015, afford to pay rent, utilities, remodeling, insurance, permits etc for 15 or 16 months without bringing in any income.

Businesses I have been involved with usually have the remodeling plan in place, bids for the work awarded with a timetable. A goal of 1 to 2 months before the grand opening. In the meantime, Menu's printed, employees interviewed and hired etc. They want to be open bringing in money asap, which is completely understandable. Time is of the essence.

How could anyone afford 16 months expense like that with no income... Maybe
• UPZS is flush with cash and needs the write off ?
• The building is actually owned by a family member or Kevin himself and they really don't care if he pays any rent until he opens?
