I agree in some points but not to lousy businessmen, the old rabbits are clever it must be something behind that.
Also the poor PR is not normal. No thanks to the common shareholders for their patience. Why? OK old story, but may be relevant. 
And if somebody wants to check the holdings of Martin Jones, so do it.
I was told he needs his shares for his retirement and wont sell. Next year he will go.
My picture they want the share price down. For what reason, ask yourself.
