Valid point and a great observation. Compare it to...let's use the week of September 12. Very similar set up. So technically speaking, we are due for a pop especially because we haven't encountered HEAVY selling volume over the past couple weeks...not yet at least. With the election coming up next week, tensions increasing abroad and (from what I've been hearing) large institutions are beginning to move to cash, it's becoming too much of a crap shoot... for me at least. I ask myself how much higher do we go from here to the record highs we have seen earlier before we have a more substantial pullback?

Since September to early October I'm roughly 37% cash on my large account. So either way the indexes move from here, I don't make as much or lose as much.

One last thing. If we break record highs in the next few months, I'll probably move to 60+% cash. I'm not very optimistic about our future.
