hey walt or any expert there please help!! according to their factsheet that was sent to me by mark moline, the company has a share authorized of 100,000,000 and the outstanding share of 93,142,282 and the float is 8,000,000....the difference between the authorized share and the outstanding share is 6,857,718...

isn't the float is that amount ( 6,857,718 ) instead of 8,000,000??? we are missing 1,142,282 shares..what happen to this??

i hope that we only have float of 6,857,718..if this is the case, we will shoot up to sun not to the moon before the senior listings..
