Once again, you don't understand commercial loans. They are not like car loans and home mortgages. They are secured by all the assets of the company and they have conditions, at least one of which was violated by the sale of the Box Emma for scrap.
And they have cross default provisions, meaning if one defaults, they all default. It's all spelled out in the filings.
