I disagree with U when U say Les is not smart. That's how guys like him get away with what they have done. Otherwise I agree with everything else you said.

The first way I would hit him is sicking the equivalent to the Canadian IRS on his fat ass. If they have any idea of what he has scammed they might want a big bite of the apple.

Won't help us stockholders other than a bit of revenge.
