I will be converting a promissory note into stock of a certain public company that is currently at $0.0006. I contacted ETrade, TDAmeritrade, Merril Lynch, TradeKing, Fidelity, Scottrade, Sharles Schwab, etc. None of these brokers will allow a DWAC of converted stock into the account at that price.
