When the shortcomings of ERHC are ignored or even belittled while the company is literally falling apart it would be negligent not to repeat those problems and foolish not to try to make the changes needed to fix it. That is exactly what everyone should have seen with ERHC. Instead we saw Kaboom. Big Jane, delusion insurance and nonstop blame placed on the messenger who was trying to fix the problem before it was too late. Now it is too late. Blame whomever you want. The result is what I believed would happen and what I was trying to prevent. And it did happen. The CDs were toxic. The IRS receivable was bogus. Management is awful. So everything I said was true and was spot on. You know it. I know it and the market knows it.
