Been reading the latest SEC Filings seen the S3 But havent seen where they have actually sold any new shares only shares i see are being aquired by insiders and they are buying a TON of shares up so i dunno whats going on here this stock starting to remind me of HTCH bought it at 1.50$ then it went down to a 1.40$ MM crooks 5 days later buyout 4$ a share and like magic it went to that price and stayed there
