Can someone, anyone give me some information about this company before I pull the trigger?

It's junk. The SEC sent a Wells notice back in April, so an enforcement action is likely. And it's got toxic debt up the wazoo. It had a run recently. That was simply because the toxic lenders agreed not to convert and sell till the end of October. But that agreement is done now, and things are back to normal. Some are still buying, God knows why.

But the proper board for your questions is the NGBL board.
