PHOT: 15 MILLION from CDEL on the ask at .0169? Why do that? Why would a MM do such blatant thing like that. One reason IMO...to keep this stock down. Whole MJ sector is running so maybe CDEL is making gains in other stocks and wants to wait until they cash out from there. It just makes no sense though....sector is on fire and they are holding this down.
