Matter of perception

I have. Invested in other stock for ladt 3+ year and followed that stock very closely and my view is clear - that company has bern run as mom-pop shop - entire working looks suspicious and low market confidence

If this co can issue 10 m shares at $11 - they will raise $110 million cash - that shows market confidence - no toxic funding
