I tend to agree, except for the following;
1. It appears that the EU will peter out right after us....not lead us (as usual).
2. Knowing that Oct. is expected to be a down month in advance makes no difference as the funds etc. are still going to have to make their moves irregardless. It, like S2 says, may blunt that effect as they may be making some of their moves now.
