why would one want to electroporate PD1 inhibitors? EP is a process for getting DNA and genes INTO cells. PD1 is a receptor ON cells, the ligands PD L1 and PD l2 are expressed on the surface of cells. Not sure what the rationale is here

dear doctor lowenstein.

if what you ask is true, then the company's entire process may be established on a bedrock of psuedoscience!
i don't even want to think about the implications, especially with the patients who have gone through the process.

time is of the essence!

there are 3 things that must be done:
1) Contact IR
2) Tweet DP
3) Call the webcast in two weeks this month and ask the speaker this very same question

the last two would be preferable as publicly shining a light on this matter would alert the world!
and whatever the response, please pose question number two:

Really???? Can you cite literature references that support that.

if you won't do this, then you are just spinning wheels here on the board as we don't know,
no one here does; it is all up to you to find out as these questions have to be posed by a doctor or it won't have the merit and weight required to facilitate a proper response.

personally i would think one of the doctors employed at the company would have raised a hand and asked, or even at the review board, but that must not have happened; you are the only doctor who has! per the Hippocratic Oath you swore to uphold and for the good of the patients, you must call IR: you must tweet DP; you must call the webcast; you simply must!
