Ya think maybe AMD's counsel thought of that?

AMD's counsel would look like fools if they opposed Intel's request for evidence from ATI.

AMD: "Your honor, we want to prevent Intel from obtaining evidence that will help its case."

Judge: "Intel is entitled to gather evidence to prove that AMD is wrong."

AMD: "But Intel is a big meany and can not be allowed to prove that AMD failed to perform because it had competitive weaknesses."
