well who is allowed to trade the otc 5 minutes after close? obviously whoever is doing it is a market maker or whatever. I think they are just shaking out the weak longs before they take this thing to the next level. if you are a hedge fund and you know a stock is about to rocket you would obviously want to get as many shares as you could.

look at tbone; he will probably be sold out at the end of the week :)
