Death spiral financing: I just was reviewing some of my saved info on learning about the markets and investing. I came across an article about "death spiral financing". It kind of spooked me because it sounded so familiar to what is happening with NEOM's pps. Their financing is not in this form is it? Anyone familiar with how this works?
