Next up, after the Court of Appeals informs the Court of Claims that no further documents should be released and 48,000 documents/500,000 pages was sufficient for discovery and the Motion to Compel gets flushed down the shitter, Sweeney will almost be forced to rule to dismiss unless the Sammon's Appeal nails her, first.

With Fairholme then officially DOA, the Appeals Court can rule on the Perry case knowing with certainty that no more documents will be forthcoming to influence any ruling. That should incite a clear dismissal imperative with Sweeney's ruling for government buttressing all the other lower court rulings to dismiss.
