When I first started with Penny Stocks, I had the same situation. I've learned a lot since then. OTC / Penny Stocks = GAMBLING, not Investing.

I've upped my standards and watch what I invest in now.

Share structure, financing, does the CEO respond to e-mails and phone calls, etc.

Those aren't always 100% either, but it's a tremendous start. :)

OWCP is the closest thing to an actual Investment I've ever seen personally, but again, most of the JUNK has been Pink Sheets, not OTC QB or QX.
