Court of Appeals get document cache, right on schedule. The panel will clearly note two important aspects to these as they pertain to the appeals process:

1. The government has a right to seek protection for these documents and always was within their rights to assert such a claim.

2. There is nothing in the documents delivered today that supports a takings claim in the Fairholme case.

Nothing more needs be said. A "win" is a win.
