Why are people not jumping on this?

Is there something I am not seeing?

Because it looks to me like a no brainer to me.
Everything I see is positive.
Nothing like any of the other pinks I have looked at.

Biggest unknown I see: The float. The float was not updated at the time the AS and OS were and I do not know if that was an oversight or what? But seems like the float should be quite a bit more than it is showing (which is a good thing). Maybe we'll find out in two weeks?

The biggest complaint seems to be CEO communication (and that, in and of itself, seems like a lot of nonsense).

So...If these are the two biggest "problems", why are people not lining up to get a piece of this pie?

Don't think it is under the radar, people have seen it on the "Hot Boards" before...What could be keeping people from bidding on a company that is 1/10 book value, nothing toxic, operating in black, current, contracts and sustained revenue, growth, vertical and horizontal integration, a large corner of the market in the countries 3rd largest city, etc, etc.

What are people seeing that I am not?
Why shouldn't anyone want in on this?
