A stock is considered oversold when the RSI is under the 30 line, but, it is not the case here, the RSI is at 40 right now.

Somehow positive is the fact that NITE is beginning to show up those big size bids again, with 4M shares at .0065. Maybe this is the signal that they want to cause a bounce at this level.
