because the stock is going to be pumped first so noteholders can dilute.
this is what i've been saying all along. they are going to run the stock up from this level so noteholders can sell shares (this is why 99% of penny stocks make big runs btw) then there's a big market to sell to, then after that it'll R/S and rinse and repeat.
The reason the A/S is increased is to accommodate for the amount of shares that the noteholders need at this price level to get paid off when they start to move the stock up from .0002 where it's currently sitting.
I mentioned last week that someone bought 50+ million shares at .0002 and it's slowly being bought up each day. the noteholders are going to move the stock.
another reason i say this is because if they just diluted the stock from here, they couldn't even sell 2bil shares before taking it no bid, then the noteholders can't sell anymore shares. they are raising the A/S to fully convert, then the next step is the run the stock up so they can sell at multiple bid levels instead of just .0001, thus selling more shares for more profit.
