Huh? Where is the proof he's not? How about in Tom's Corner, in black and white:

"In closing I just completed negotiating a $2.8 million contract with a big box store"

Now, what part of this statement assures anyone who reads it that the $2.8M contract has nothing to do with the MMJ business? I'll give you a SMALL HINT: BIG BOX STORE!

The key word here is STORE!

Big Box Store:

"A big-box store (also supercenter, superstore, or megastore) is a physically large retail establishment, usually part of a chain. The term sometimes also refers, by extension, to the company that operates the store."

Do you actually think Kim has made a deal with a supercenter to do what, sell marijuana in it? Really? UnF'ing believable!
