I already said why. But in case you missed it....

1.) You probably won't listen since you have enough shares to place "$$ UBQU $$ Hemplife Today" at the bottom on every one of your posts. That only means you're "invested" and are blinded.

2.) Too good to be true. Plus nothing has changed since this was sub-penny, nothing good anyway. So why is it worth more than 3-5 cents now when nothing has changed since it was .008?

3.) The only change is the fact that they had plenty of time for the name change. Should take +/-10 days. I saw posters warning 10-15 days ago that it's been too long and that means they probably never even filed papers for the name change. It's more than triple the length of time it should take yet crickets. You don't think a penny stock would do that just to get huge volume during a weed rush do you? Think just a little here.

4.)Since September this has had the heaviest volume it's ever had, nearly every day. Why? No, not because it's a great company or better than other weed plays. ALL weed plays ran and are running for the same reason. Once the elections are over (and we know what will pass/fail already) who will buy stock? I can tell you who will sell stock. That's the tons of people buying the last 3 months on hype. And the company will most likely sell shares (this is simply based on 99% of pennys sell shares, it's called greed)

5.) This stock is not unknown. It's been on a ton of other boards and spammed all over the main Ihub boards. It was even in the top 10 most read boards for almost an entire week.

6.) Look at all mj stocks. The all swear to be "the one". The one that has real revenue, real products, and "soon" real profits. This one is NOT different... No, it's really not. It's 100% insane to say the only real profitable marijuana stock is the only one lagging when all others today are up 10, 20, 50-100% just today. That excuse was valid for a little while a month or two ago but not anymore for sure.


The only chance this has is if the name change actually is filed and goes through this week. It would be on the FINRA website and it's not happening tomorrow 11/01 so only three more chances.

So, what brings you to that conclusion? Really like to hear your opinion as to why we will be under $.01 by 11/15 Thanks
