Here is an investors presentation from June 2016 that gives some insight into the transplantation technique that SMFI acquired in the deal with GandTex.

Gandy and his team were doing business as Duplitrans back in June, trying to raise money for a 5th animal transplant trial. It's hard to tell from online resources if they raised the funds or if that test was ever carried out. I believe Dr. Juan Arenas was supposed to hold a press conference to give the results but I have not been able to find that info as of yet.

Hopefully they will get Dr. Arenas on the BOD of Smoofi/Nulife. I believe that would add a lot of legitimacy here.
