I guess you can read this many different ways. I believe the company shares are worth more than .03 pps, especially with those financials they released, but, it won't trade at its value anytime soon. I think the company knows that and pulled the offer.

Like Rover said, I feel bad for people that bought and pulled certs but haven't received them yet. That unfortunately could stink.

I hope this goes well for everybody involved.
