Why is stock going down? I'll take a stab at it.

1. Who is Windsor Pharmaceuticals? Nothing on the Web. Windsor is a city in Ontario, CA across the river from me here in Detroit. Is Windsor Pharmaceuticals some buddies of Karris?

2. They said there was an upfront cash component to the deal but did not put a dollar value on it.

3. Finally they put in their company profile their only tie to MJ is AMFIL. So all the johnny come lately folks who still think this is a MJ play now know. There hasn't been a PR regarding MJ in over 18 months, there's nothing there.

So while a good start, assuming Windsor Pharmaceuticals is on the up and up, not the ground breaking PR as some were expecting, exactly what I was expecting.
