Just thinking outloud. I believe the cash will be used in some portion to build out and grow the growing operations in Nevada if they go RMJ. If not, perhaps another dispensary or two in California or one of the newer states who approve MMJ or RMJ. Seems like Grow Opns is being held back until the vote - smart.
