10 states have measures on the ballet, with 6 I believe it is for legalization.

CA Prop 64 in particular has been the bell cow of speculation for months on end, and not a thing said has helped....but wait, it went from about .0005 to about .002 in a month or so, with a blip to .0048, then sunk and stayed there.

The big promoters have moved on.

Like someone said, next month or next year even....yup, 2017 it may recover, IF....the company speeks.
