The USPTO has yet to issue the PODRAS patent.  When he was invited to present back in May we assumed the patent would have been issued by now (it has been allowed, but issuance is pending, and we hope soon).  It could compromise the company if we reveal key elements of the technology and not have a patent in hand.  I hope you can appreciate that.
