Consider yourself lucky if they only add that many. They are certainly going to add more, a lot more shares. They are in this for themselves not shareholders. They (Lee & Marty) will be the only ones to profit off this company on the backs of the employees and shareholders. Bonuses again this year for employees in December and in months its just paper worth a fraction of what they were given. Its a ponzie scheme for the top two and no one else. Look at the price today. Soon it won't be able to go down, it will be worthless after another failed audit attempt. Just how I see it. I used to believe in this company now I just count the days till I can get out and not look bad. Its just not worth the headache. They are clueless.
