Hi All. I cannot believe this one is actually trading real blocks again. I found an interesting post on Yahoo this AM. Not sure of its validity, but seems like interesting reading:

Medican is about to make some major moves

Recently I was contacted by Ken Williams for "help" with getting Medican trading again. Ken Williams was looking to extract $75k from me in order to "pay the bills". I was in touch with Ken directly along with the Mergers and Acquisitions consultant Paul Khan. Long story short, I saw through their con and declined to help them only to have them immediately toss me aside. Clearly they were looking to con me out of money by masking it as an "investment"

The above aside, I have been in touch with Mobiweb. Mobiweb, indeed has taken over Medican as an empty shell to house new product lines and further the business plan within the racing vertical, wine, hemp and other materials they can sell under the Mobiweb umbrella. I believe a new racetrack is currently underway that will encompass the Medican brand as well. Also a new grow facility is slated to open in the next two weeks The CEO is working on "cleaning up the mess" that Ken has left behind. Outdated financials, restricted Canadian exchange, other unpaid bills and so on to name a few. As I understand, it is easier, cheaper and faster (believe it or not) to acquire the empty shell being Medican than start a new brand from scratch.

Righting all of the short comings that have been left behind is well underway and expected to be completed first quarter of 2017. Medican will trade again with the hopes of getting it to trade to at least half of what it did at its all time high. As I understand it there are to be no reverse splits or any financial gimmicks to increase the share price.

There is no reason to PR any of this as the clean up must happen first, especially on the US side as the MJ vertical is heating up more so than on the canadian side. Once all of the pieces are i place PR after PR will come out that will create major interest with actual follow up.

We must wait a bit longer is what it seems, perhaps those that wait will be GREATLY rewarded.
