This is right up Double Crown's alley with the Translock container system they have designed and should certainly favor contracts coming Double Crown's way for use of their state-of-the-art shipping technology.

Nothing is coming DDCC's way. There is no known licensee making the containers. And even if an intermodal manufacturer exists with a patent license, Pres Lopez holds the patent not DDCC.

What financial consideration did DDCC receive for reassigning the patent back to Lopez? Ya know, when they didn't bother to tell SHs this material event had happened? There is none in the patent reassignment letter. Therefore, DDCC is entitled to nothing.
