Interesting to note from the filing...

Shareholder meeting on Dec.14, 2016 intends to propose


To consider and act upon a proposal to approve an amendment to the Company's 2013 Equity Incentive Plan (the "2013 Plan") to increase the number of shares issuable thereunder to 7,700,000 shares from 6,500,000 shares;


Based on this I , given the date of Dec.14, 2016, I am assuming that we will have more data that the CEO told us would be available before that date - may be a week earlier and a PR should be out. If the data is good, I see this hitting 3 to 4 range at least and the additional shares of 1, 200,000 ( 7,700,000 - 6,500,000) should be offered as a private offering at not more than 10% discount - if the data is strong. We should see that being grabbed just like that and then after a slight dip in pps this should move towards $5 - of course assuming that the data is strong and really good.
