I describe nothing but fluff excuses that this company conveniently hides behind when they don't want to answer the questions. The frequently used NDA etiquette excuse is so far off base I can't even respond without bursting into laughter. All of us have seen this tactic used before and as long as shareholders sit back and don't rock the boat then nothing will change. However with the ongoing price implosion and string of empty promises I doubt that's likely to be the case, in fact IMO the real selling has yet to take place.
