Its probably just an MM, with well covered tracks, and besides if you put an order in for say 1mm shares to sell for no less than .007 then the order could just get picked away at. There are lots of buyers for small stakes these days.

BTW, click on the chart for 5 days, thats generally what a bottom looks like. Hopefully its all up from here.
