What am I missing? Document #427 filed 10/26/15 makes it sound like the case was settled without fault:

"Any and all claims... are dismissed in their entirety with prejudice and without costs, disbursements, or attorneys’ fees to any Party as against any other Party... All such Barred Claims are hereby and shall be extinguished, released, waived, discharged, satisfied, and unenforceable."
